Starring Robert De Niro and Ed Harris, the film focuses on the conflict that develops between a troubled Vietnam veteran and the sister he lives with, when she becomes involved romantically with the army buddy who reminds him of the tragic battle they both survived. GBC, 10pm.

    Following on from last year's 'Inspired by Morocco' series, Paula Latin's journey continues. She travels to Malta to investigate her grandfather's ancestry. In 'Inspired by Malta', Paula explores the historic island which shares so much of it's history with Gibraltar, she samples gastronomic delights, and embraces the Maltese way of life. GBC, 7.30pm (repeats Tuesday at 10pm and Thursday at 9pm).
