All of the UK's Brexit legislation will be available to the public at the National Archives in a bid to aid legal certainty after withdrawal from the European Union.

Last year's EU Withdrawal Act required all EU legislation relevant to Brexit available online, but the National Archives have now produced two services to host this information. The first is a searchable archive of all EU laws including treaties, agreements and case law. The second is an exercise to add EU laws to the UK's online database, legislation dot co dot uk- including a timelineof the changes so far.

Minister James Cleverly, who signed the documents for this exercise, said the intention was to provide an invaluable legal reference which gives certainty to the public, especially businesses who are making preparations for Brexit.
