With the by-election in mind, Parliament has made available for download on its website the application form to be registered as a postal voter. It says this will speed up the process for university students and patients receiving medical attention in the UK.
Postal voting is available to any elector who will be temporarily away from Gibraltar on polling day, and cannot therefore vote in person. The application form to vote by post must be received by the Returning Officer by noon on Wednesday 26th June.
