Other Presenters
Paul's first taste of broadcasting came with the University of Nottingham's student-award winning radio station, URN. Having produced and presented programmes including entertainment show, "The Business", and, "URN 1350 Sport", he secured an internship with BBC Radio Nottingham, going on to become a production assistant for the station's flagship live sports programme, "Matchday".
Paul graduated in History from the University of Nottingham in 2008 with full honours, and returned to Gibraltar to begin working with GBC, initially as a freelance reporter in the Newsroom. It was only a few weeks later that Paul was given a contract as a presenter on Radio Gibraltar, starting on Saturday's Afternoon Show. However, a station revamp in 2009, saw him landing a daily 3-hour show at 4pm, as well as being appointed presenter of the Saturday Breakfast Show, all of this at the same time as being one of GBC's permanent Sports Reporters. Paul is now also one of the presenters of the GBC Television, "Newswatch", programme, and has also presented his own TV series, "Just Another Day". It's no surprise that he cites broadcasting as "simply the best job in the world".
Paul's interests include current affairs and sports, and one of his greatest ambitions is to learn to cook. Honest!
