The Development and Planning Commission has approved in principle an Outline Building Application for a 12-storey mixed-use building on Devil's Tower Road.
The proposal, by Asquez Investments Limited, is for a 40-metre tall building comprising five floors of offices and another five of apartments including two penthouses. There's also a ground floor and a garage for fifteen cars. The estimated cost of the works is 7.2 million pounds.
The DPC noted that the development does not meet the parking requirements, and said this will have to be addressed when the applicant applies for full planning permission.
