A 30 year old local man has been found not guilty of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and stalking at the Supreme Court.
Kyle James Watson had denied the charges throughout the trial, maintaining that he acted in self defence.
After just under five hours of deliberations, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
