Albares says EU & UK 100% committed to finalising Gibraltar deal as soon as possible
Spain’s Foreign Minister says the EU and the UK are 100% committed to getting the Gibraltar deal over the line as soon as possible.
Jose Manuel Albares said the EU and the UK teams are working to make this happen, reiterating that Spain’s position on sovereignty doesn’t change as a result. He was answering questions from reporters outside the Council of the European Union in Brussels, speaking first about Gaza, Ukraine and Syria.
