Care Agency receives Governor's Award for services to the community

The Care Agency was given a Governor’s Award this week, for its services to the community.

Members of the Care Agency were invited to the Convent to accept the award, which was given by the Governor. Sir David Steel gave a speech at the event thanking them for all their hard work.

The Chief Minister Fabian Picardo was also in attendance.

A limit of 25 of these awards are issued each year, at the discretion of the Governor.

The award itself is an inscribed glass medallion, accompanied by a framed certificate.
