The Chief Minister has said he supports the UK’s armed intervention in Syria following the use of chemical weapons in the war-torn country.
On Twitter at the weekend, Fabian Picardo said limited and well targeted action to prevent the use of chemical weapons enjoys his full support. He also said Gibraltar’s thoughts are with with the men and women of the armed forces and the innocent people of Syria suffering the Assad regime.
The Prime Minister Theresa May today addressed the House of Commons, saying the UK’s action was in the National Interest.
