The Chief Minister says Gibraltar is "excruciatingly close" to a Treaty.
He says the UK/EU reset deal is hugely positive for Gibraltar, as it changes the dynamic of the UK/EU relationship.
Fabian Picardo admits he's running out of metaphors to describe how close we are but he remains positive, believing the Gibraltar negotiations have moved forward a lot in the past 8-12 weeks.
According to Mr Picardo, the TCA from 2020 is the deal the UK has and Monday's reset is the beginning of changing that.
