The Eastside reclamation needs to be emptied out before the site is handed over to the developers.
TNG Global Foundation is the highest bidder for the plot.
The agreement calls for the grant of vacant possession over the site to the developer.
Only entities authorised by the new owners will be able to remain there as from later this month and all private or business belongings need to be removed.
A new car parking facility for public use with a capacity for 500 vehicles will be constructed within easy access and proximity to Catalan Bay, and parking provision will continue to be maintained tthroughout the period of construction.
