The Minister for Europe says nothing in the UK-EU treaty for Gibraltar changes the UK Government's steadfast commitment to Gibraltar, its sovereignty, its right to self-determination, and its future.
Speaking on the National Day stage in his inaugural visit to the Rock, Lord Wood of Anfield said regarding Gibraltar, he will maintain the same principle that guided the treaty: "nothing about you without you".
