Fabian Picardo said the first phase of 'HCT' has been completed to a high standard, giving Casais a 'Recognition of Excellence Award'.

One of the three finished towers is Gibraltar's tallest building, at 110 metres high.

The chief executive of the construction group Casais, Antonio Carlos Rodrigues, spoke to GBC about the challenges of building up so high, so close to the Rock.

Home-owners will be looking forward to moving into the 380 new properties that have been completed.
