Foreign Secretary joins Gibraltar National Day celebrations with messages from King Charles, Rishi Sunak and David Lammy

National Day 2023 returned to its traditional format at Casemates Square with a political rally reaffirming Gibraltar's right to self-determination.

Joining Chief Minister Fabian Picardo on stage were 18 visiting UK MPs and Peers as well as delegates from the Overseas Territories.

There were messages from King Charles III, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak as well as Shadow Foreign Secretary David Lammy. Joining celebrations, albeit in a private capacity, was Foreign Secretary James Cleverly who recorded his own message.
