Gibraltar based Petfre fined £240,000 by the UK Gambling Commission

Gibraltar based Petfre Limited, which owns gaming company Betfred, has been fined £240,000 by the UK Gambling Commission. 

The company, which also owns oddsking.com, has failed to meet Remote Technical Standards requirements. 

Failings included hosting games which failed to display the consumer’s net position and games which celebrated losses as wins.

Petfre took immediate action and decommissioned all affected games.
