Gibraltar started their UEFA Nations League campaign with a 2 all draw against Liechtenstein.
The game played at the Europa Point Stadium saw Gibraltar take the lead thanks to captain Liam Walker who scored directly from the corner flag.
Just before the hour mark, Liechtenstein drew level thanks to Ferhat Saglam.
Drama unfolded late in the game, with Liam Walker having a penalty saved before Liechtenstein had a goal disallowed.
17 year old James Scanlon thought he'd scored Gibraltar's winner with a brilliant header in the 97th minute.
But in what was essentially the last kick of the game, Liechtenstein were awarded a penalty which skipper Nicolas Hasler converted to make it 2-2 and salvage a point.
The game wrapped up Gibraltar's international window, with them hosting San Marino in their next UEFA Nations League match on the 10th of October.
