Gibraltar represented at the inauguration of the new premises for the Royal Philatelic Society London

Gibraltar was represented at the inauguration of the new premises for the Royal Philatelic Society London. The event was attended by the Queen, who is the Society's patron. A small number of Fellows and Members of the Society were invited.

Richard Garcia was one of those invited after he'd organised the commemorative event in Gibraltar to mark the 150th anniversary of the Society in October.

Following the inauguration of the new premises, Richard Garcia and co-author Maurice Hadida were invited to make a presentation on their new book on Morocco postal history to the members of the Academy of European Philately in Monte-Carlo.
