Gibtelecom’s CEO will be stepping down at the end of this year, after 17 years in the role. Tim Bristow, who was appointed when Gibraltar Nynex Communications and Gibtel merged in 2001, says it’s sad to leave a working environment that feels very much like home, but added it’s time to pass on the baton in Gibtelecom.
Chief Minister Fabian Picardo, who is also the Chairman of Gibtelecom, thanked Mr Bristow for his “sterling service” over the years. The company will begin looking to appoint a new Chief Executive shortly.
