The Government has announced it’s to begin a process of consultation towards a Command Paper on abortion. This, it says, will include but not be limited to pro-life and pro-choice groups who have already met with the Chief Minister. Number Six says this has been prompted by the decision of the UK Supreme Court in respect of the law in Northern Ireland, which, it says, is similar to Gibraltar’s.
