​Government will 'very likely' restrict public access to evidence - 'a small set of facts' which have nothing to do with Fabian Picardo or Ian McGrail

The Chief Minister says it is ‘very likely’ the Government will use new powers - in the controversial new inquiries legislation - to limit what evidence the public can hear and read in the McGrail Inquiry.

Fabian Picardo says this would affect a very small set of facts which have nothing to do with him or the early retirement of the former police commissioner, Ian McGrail.
