The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority is advising people to take care over data protection, given that businesses have had to adapt to new ways of working and sharing information during the pandemic and lockdown. The GRA's Data Protection Commissioner tweeted that these are unprecedented challenges, but advised people to keep data privacy in mind, adding “if something seems excessive from the public’s point of view, it probably is”.
