The Chief Minister says if Spain is trying to play hardball at the border in the final stages of negotiations over a treaty, it could break the entire process, because Gibraltar will not consider it to be acting in good faith.
Speaking on Direct Democracy on Radio Gibraltar, Fabian Picardo said be wanted to believe the incidents at the border are by accident rather than by design, but that if they are by design, they will find Gibraltarians believing they have no friends on the other side of the border.
Mr Picardo also revealed that talks due to be held this week have not taken place for logistical reasons, but that a new date will be scheduled.
