Health and Safety standards are dropping locally and enforcement is slipping. That’s the view of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), which held its AGM recently, re-electing Richard Labrador as Chairman.

Ros Astengo spoke to Mr Labrador, and also to the Minister with responsibility for Health and Safety, Samantha Sacramento, who rejects the claims.
