A local man involved in a fight at Ocean Village was sentenced to unpaid community work after pleading guilty to charges at the Magistrate’s Court.
On a night out with workmates, Mark Hayward got caught up in an argument which escalated into a fight resulting in injures to another person.
Hayward was charged with one count of occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and another of Affray. After some consideration, the Justices of the Peace sentenced Hayward to eighty hours of unpaid community work, having taken into account his remorse and early guilty plea.
