The Mansion Group has reportedly closed two of its gaming operations.

GBC has tried contacting the company with no success.

This is what you're met with when you go to the Mansion Offices in Europort . E-mails are unanswered and their listed phone lines appear to have been disconnected.

Reports claim both Casino.Com and MansionCasino.com, both operated by the Mansion Group, ceased operations on the 26th of October with all accounts closed yesterday.

Affiliates have been told the company took, what it describes as a difficult decision, after careful consideration and evaluation of its business operations.

In March last year, Mansion shut its UK sportsbook saying it wanted to focus on its casino brands and on the profitable markets where it operated at the time.

It then closed both brands in the UK in January after 20 years in the market.

The group reportedly had around 200 employees on the Rock. GBC has been unable to verify how many, if any, jobs have been lost.

This follows news that Mansion has been granted approval to continue with contempt proceedings against former CEO, Karel Mañasco, who the chief justice has ruled to have made false statements in an ongoing matter before the Supreme Court.

Mr Mañasco was subject to a £5 million asset freeze in February after being suspended by Mansion in September 2021.

This followed an internal investigation into concerns over unauthorized payments by Mr Mañasco during his tenure as CEO. He resigned at the end of 2021, while denying the allegations against him.
