A new Natural History Museum has been announced. It will be housed at Parson's Lodge and become a dedicated site focusing on the natural history of Gibraltar.
The premises at Bomb House Lane will be dedicated to history and cultural heritage.
All aspects of natural history, except for Neanderthal-related exhibits, will be transferred to Parson's Lodge, freeing up space in the National Museum.
The new Natural History Museum, in its first phase of development, will open to the public in the autumn.
The Director of the Gibraltar Museum, Professor Clive Finlayson spoke to Shelina Assomull in studio.
