​New stained glass windows complete the second phase of the refurbishment of Central Hall

The unveiling of new stained glass windows have completed the second phase of the refurbishment of the Central Hall. The Ministry of Culture organised a competition last year, inviting artists to design the new windows

The winning piece, titled, The Dance was created by Sean Ballester, and the piece he says celebrates the building's past, and also ties it to its Present.
