Opposition leader questions Concordat safeguards & defends absence from historic frontier moment
A week on from the signing of the Treaty, the focus is now moving from the historic lifting of frontier restrictions to the practical challenges of implementation.
The Leader of the Opposition says the Treaty represents progress, but he believes the Concordat designed to protect Gibraltar's interests still needs to be strengthened.
