Outcome on talks 'quite soon' believes new Deputy Governor

The new Deputy Governor, Marc Holland, has told GBC he sees the negotiations over Gibraltar's future relationship with the EU as an opportunity to have a new relationship with Spain, and believes we will see an outcome to the negotiations 'quite soon'.

The Foreign Office diplomat arrived during the height of the water shortage on the Rock, but nevertheless says his first impressions of Gibraltar are very positive, as he explained to our reporter, Iain Triay Clarence.
