Police Federation survey picks up on continued low moral in RGP, although slightly more positive results than previous years

Forty Four percent of police officers responding to the annual Police Federation survey  have expressed low or very low morale, and 72 percent of them perceive the morale in the organisation to be low or very low.

The results however are slightly more positive than last year's survey , with the Federation indicating that the stance of senior managers is now one of learning through mistakes.
