Together Gibraltar has met with Unite to discuss the union's 15-point plan on the rights of agency and supply workers.
The union also presented its proposals for apprenticeships and training programmes; earlier this week, it handed its policy document to the Chief Minister.
Together Gibraltar says against the backdrop of Brexit, the gap in skill sets is "more pronounced than ever", and calls on the Government to address this as a matter of urgency.
The political party says it will study Unite's work, and will meet with the union again in future.
