The Minister for Tourism has attended the Commonwealth Trade and Investment Summit in London.
The event brought together ministers and business leaders from across the Commonwealth, and focused on shared approaches to economic, technological and social issues.
Christian Santos took part in roundtable discussions on tourism, skills, cultural preservation, and sustainable growth.
Number Six says there were also bilateral engagements, including a meeting with the Commonwealth Secretary-General Shirley Ayokor Botchwey.
The Minister for Tourism was accompanied by Country Director of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (Gibraltar), Jared Peralta.
Christian Santos said he was pleased to learn that some of the businesses attending the summit had recently established a presence in Gibraltar.
He said Gibraltar is entering an important new chapter, adding it's essential that to continue to promote the Rock's strengths internationally while ensuring that growth is sustainable.
