Unite and Mitie Defence Ltd have reached a pay agreement for 2022 to 2023.
The deal will see all employees receive a flat-rate fully-consolidated two thousand pound basic pay increase.
Unite says the deal is equivalent to an increase of ten percent for the lowest-paid, and averages around seven percent for the whole workforce.
It adds the offer is consolidated into overtime, pensions and the on-call allowance, which will see an increase of seven percent.
The union says agreement has also been reached on an annual bonus payment of a thousand pounds for the employees volunteering to carry out nuclear monitor responsibilities.
It says the offer received overwhelming support from its members.
Unite Mitie Convenor Christian Duo said the union is delighted with the pay increase at a time when the cost of living crisis is hitting hard at working people's pockets.
