Victory Suites opened at Devil's Tower Road

The Victory Suites have opened at Devil's Tower Road.

Formerly known as Citihomes, the developer says the apart-hotel will cater to not just short-term renters but also long-term tenants.

Victory Gate Developments said they identified a gap in the market for serviced apartments.

Another new development on Devil's Tower Road, this one with a difference; serviced apartments for short or longer term stays.

Before the official proceedings got underway, we were given a quick tour of some of the rooms.

There are one bedroom apartments and two bedroom suites. The building also includes a gym, cafe, business lounge and indoor pool.

There are 250 rooms in total.

The Chief Minister highlighted former Government minister Joe Holliday's commitment to the project too before he officially inaugurated the building.

The first clients are expected to stay at the suites as from next month.
