Gibraltar owns more vehicles per capita than any country in the world, according to a Wikipiedia article.

However the article is flawed, as it discounts two-wheeled vehicles, whereas the statistics used to include Gibraltar include registered motorcycles.

It also does not take into account that over a third of all vehicles in Gibraltar don't have a valid road-worthiness certificate.
