Operation Felix

Operation Felix

For a few months, Gibraltar became the epicentre of World War Two. For the British, it continued to be one of the essential bastions supporting the commercial routes through which the Empire's wisdom would filter into the now accosted metropolis. However, by the summer of 1940, as well as being the key to the Strait, the Rock had also become for the Germans the key to victory. Filmed on location in Germany, France, Spain and Gibraltar, ‘Operation Felix: Hitler's Key to Victory’, is written by Alfonso Escuadra, narrated by Peter Canessa, and is directed by Martin Nuza.
