Studio/OB Camera Operator

GBC is looking for a talented, adaptable and creative Studio/OB Camera Operator to join our production team. Be at the heart of the action, bring stories to life and turn your technical expertise into compelling television. If you have a passion for camerawork, creativity and live production, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Operate TV cameras across studio, EFP and Outside Broadcast productions
• Work closely with the Producer/Director to deliver high-quality imagery
• Execute camera moves, framing and shots with creativity and precision
• Assist with Audio Controller duties, cues and programme communications
• Set up and dismantle cameras, tripods, monitors, lighting, cables and other equipment
• Maintain and position studio equipment, including autocue systems and monitors
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance programme quality

What We're Looking For

• Strong camera operation and technical skills
• Creative eye and ability to interpret direction
• Team player who can work calmly under pressure
• Flexible to work a roster schedule and attend training when required
• Clean B Class driving licence
• GCSE Level education or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Spanish
