Entain expects to absorb upcoming 40% tax shock

Global sports betting and gaming group Entain, which is head-quartered in Gibraltar, says it expects to absorb the upcoming 40% tax shock.

The company has carried out a deep internal analysis and says it does not expect its long-term outlook to be affected.

The Minister for Justice, Trade and Industry, Nigel Feetham, told GBC that cost reduction exercises will make the UK market less profitable, resulting in less corporate tax revenue for Gibraltar.
