The Academy of Music and Performing Arts has won the Adjudicator Award at the UK's National Drama Festival.

To take part, a play needs to have scored over 80 marks in an adjudicated festival during the current season.

GAMPA earned 91 points for its performance of "A Hundred Words for Snow" at this year's Gibraltar Drama Festival.

Cultural Services says it's delighted to announce that after their performance at the UK festival, the group received the Adjudicator Award for emotive and visually striking storytelling.

The Minister for Culture, Christian Santos, said GAMPA's success is a celebration of Gibraltar's thriving cultural sector.
