MPs to hold Commons debate on UK-EU Gibraltar treaty next week
MPs will hold an initial Commons debate on the UK-EU Gibraltar treaty next Wednesday, ahead of the formal parliamentary ratification process.
The Westminster Hall debate comes before the agreement is signed and formally laid before the UK Parliament.
It was secured by Conservative MP Martin Vickers, who recently visited Gibraltar and has said he believes the treaty respects the UK's negotiating red lines and is likely to win parliamentary approval.
