National team 'hurt' after 1-0 loss to Faroe Islands

The Gibraltar manager Scott Wiseman told GBC the Men’s National Team feels hurt after their 1-0 loss to Faroe Islands.

The World Cup Qualifier was played in front of a full Europa Point Stadium, with the new south stands pushing the attendance to approximately 2000.

Wiseman said the team deserved more than a loss. He believes Gibraltar has taken significant steps in the right direction. He said they will continue to build on the work done so far so that they can regularly compete with the likes of Faroe Islands.

After the game, our reporter Jose Mari Ruiz spoke to Wiseman and to forward Tjay De Barr.
