An upcoming exhibition organised by  Cultural Services will see artists from Gibraltar and the UK exhibiting both in the UK and on the Rock.

Entitled Traces of Humanity, the project is inspired by the Gorham’s Cave Complex and its significance in understanding human evolution. Curated by British artist Philippa Beale, it brings together selected artists exploring the theme through painting, sculpture, printmaking, video and installation.

Events will take place in Margate and at Noho Studios in London in May, alongside a programme of talks and public events, before the exhibition comes to the Gustavo Bacarisas Gallery in July.

Professors Clive and Geraldine Finlayson will also deliver talks in both London and Gibraltar examining the links between art and science.
