An art exhibition hosted by the Youth Service aims to encourage children to discuss matters of mental health and wellbeing by providing a platform for them to express themselves creatively.
At its opening, the Mayor, Nicholas Guerrero, highlighted the importance of listening to the voices of young people.
Sessions in partnership with Kitchen Studios saw participants produce shoebox ‘places’ and other work which explored themes of comfort and security.
The works are being hosted at the Gustavo Bacarisas Gallery, and visitors are invited to reflect on what makes a space feels personal and safe.
