Developing the GHA workforce remains its biggest challenge, says Kevin McGee

The outgoing GHA Director General, Kevin McGee, says the biggest challenge facing the organisation is developing the local workforce.

Speaking to GBC, he revealed the reason he was stepping down early from the role was due to a minor stroke, which has left him in need of an extended period of rehabilitation.

However, he told Ros Astengo, that he believed there was a strong enough leadership structure at the GHA to take it forward.
