GFA and The Nautilus Project team up to tackle beach litter

Football teams swapped the pitch for the beach this weekend - teaming up to collect what The Nautilus Project's Lewis Stagnetto described as a huge amount of rubbish at Eastern Beach.

The clean-up, organised by the GFA and The Nautilus Project, saw over 100 players get involved.

Recycle.gi took away the refuse at the end of the day, and the beach was left much cleaner than it was found.
