Gibraltar and Spain to discuss future infrastructure and logistics at the frontier

The Chief Minister will be meeting La Linea Mayor Juan Franco in the second week of August to discuss structural changes and logistics at the frontier.

Speaking on Viewpoint, Fabian Picardo explained there are areas which are the competence of the La Linea Municipality and areas that fall under the National Government.

Conversations at both these levels will continue over the summer.

One of the areas being considered is the re-directing of traffic and moving the pedestrian crossings towards the old Customs building so these do not interfere with the flow.
