Gibraltar APPG visit the Rock to hear views on Treaty

Two members of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Gibraltar have been on the Rock today to talk to people on the ground about the Treaty.

Speaking to GBC, Baroness Elizabeth Butler-Sloss and Martin Vickers, the APPG's Vice-Chairman, said they have met the Chief Minister, the Governor and the Commander British Forces. 

They were also given a tour of the airport, and took the opportunity to walk along Main Street to speak to traders about the Transaction Tax.

Both agreed there was strong cross-party support for the Treaty in the UK Parliament.
