Jayanne Hendrick was just eight years old when she started to notice bald patches on her head, but at 15 she was diagnosed with alopecia.

Hair loss can be a life-changing experience at any age, but particularly during the teenage years, when fitting in can feel so important.

Now, with the support of UK based charity Little Lady Locks, she's sharing her story to raise awareness and help other young people in her situation know they're not alone.
