Leading London KC representing Government in court case involving Murga Bar appears at Supreme Court

Public law and human rights lawyer Lord Pannick KC has appeared at the Supreme Court representing the Government, the office of the Governor and the Attorney General in a case involving the owner of the Murga Bar.

Alan Asquez is claiming the certificate used to terminate his tenancy at the Victoria Stadium is unconstitutional.

He's represented by Charles Gomez, who also appeared on the other side of the Government parties in the McGrailInquiry, where he represented the former Police Commissioner.
