Man pleads guilty to sexual abuse of thirteen-year-old girl

A man has pleaded guilty to six counts relating to the sexual abuse of a thirteen year old girl.
At the Supreme Court this morning, 35 year old Efran Rodriguez Martinez admitted to four counts of sexual activity and two charges relating to a video recording of his assault against her.
He was arrested soon after the attack and has been on remand since his first court appearance in March.
The Chief Justice Anthony Dudley ordered a pre-sentencing report and set the sentencing date for September.
